4th/5th Grade Competition Teams
KME will have teams competing in tournaments beginning in October/November to qualify for state (February) and Worlds (April/May).
Weekly meetings on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:20-3:30 starting in August and going through State/National Competitions (Schedule Might Change for 26-27).
Our Robotics teams have yearly tryouts. Students can try out if they are in good academic standing, have a positive behavior record, and are Colts Who Care (Connected, Accountable, Respectful, and Engaged). Enrolled students should utilize their Canvas page for all up-to-date information regarding robotics. Students will be expected to follow the Kelly Mill Mission and Expectations document. The Competition Team cost will be set soon (non-refundable), and tournament entry fees/travel/etc. will be separate based on whether your team qualifies.

KME Robotics Mission and Expectations Document
3rd Grade RoboticsKME will provide 3rd-grade students the opportunity to build and learn about robotics during the 1st semester of the school year. Students will compete in an in-house tournament in December. Meeting dates will be on Tuesdays starting in September and running through December.
